About
One Estonian timber company, two specialised divisions, building across Europe.
We engineer and produce timber buildings in our own factory and assemble them fast on site — from multi-unit developments and public buildings to bespoke homes. Our sibling division, CompactLiving, turns the same engineering into ready-designed homes.
We have been producing and exporting timber buildings since 2004 — and the discipline shows in every element that leaves the line.
Our work runs from 89-apartment resort developments and 48-home row-house schemes to schools, a Passivhaus-standard health centre, and one-off custom homes. Clients include developers and main contractors across Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland and beyond.
The model is simple: engineer the building as timber elements and modules, produce them in a controlled factory environment, and assemble fast on site. It cuts site time, weather risk and waste — and it scales.
Company history and capacity figures are drawn from group records and are being brought up to date.
