Part of a larger development plan in Stockholm, produced strictly to Bonava's own standard: phase one covered 24 near-identical wooden element houses, phase two a further 20. Bonava's own crews handled installation on site.

Given the size of the project and the particular specification, the proposal went through several revisions before every detail was agreed — then the houses ran through the factory as a continuous series of roughly 100 m² each.
