Eight row houses with 48 living units on Kråkerøy, Fredrikstad. Contracted in September 2017, in element production a month later, and assembled over roughly ten months on site for AF Gruppen Norge AS.

The production run behind it: 22,700 m² of timber elements and 45,400 m² of plate material moved in 210 full truckloads — with 1,600 hours of design work, 2,200 factory hours and about 35,000 man-hours on site.
